Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. To help us provide the best service possible, please review and agree to the following policy when booking with us:Cancellation Notifications:
You can cancel your reservation via email at info@jubileesuites.com, by calling 251.517.7515, or, if you booked through ThinkTravel, by signing in to your booking directly.
Quick Cancellations:
If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed and your arrival date is more than 14 days away, you have 48 hours to cancel and receive a full refund minus a $100 administration fee. Just give us a call at 251.517.7515 for quick cancellations.
Advance Cancellations:
If you need to cancel after the initial 48 hours, we require a 30-day advance notice before your arrival date. You'll receive your deposit back, minus a $100 administration fee. If you cancel 29 to 14 days prior to arrival, you will receive back 50% of the total invoice fees.
Late Cancellations/No Shows:
Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date and no-shows will be charged the full invoice amount.
Schedule Changes:
The same cancellation fee applies to changes in your arrival/departure date that result in a shorter stay. We do not provide refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Important Note:
Please note that Jubilee Suites cannot be held responsible for changes to your reservation due to weather conditions, unforeseen travel changes, personal sickness (including COVID-19), injuries, or family emergencies. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Trip Insurance:
For guest convenience, we have provided a link to trip insurance:https://jubileesuites.rentalguardian.com. This insurance is underwritten by Nationwide Insurance and is an agreement directly between the traveler and the insurance company. There are many excellent companies that cover weather delays, medical emergencies, rental car damage, etc.
