Until May 2: The NALL Collection of Alabama Art Featuring Charlie Lucas
10:00 am - 4:00 pm (Tuesday - Saturday). Don't miss the current exhibits at the Eastern Shore Art Center just down the street from Jubilee Suites. Charlie Lucas' exhibit of metal art is especially interesting because he is self-taught and descends from several generations of artisans and craftspeople, including his grandfather and great grandfather who were blacksmiths. He traces his work directly from them. Exhibit available until May 2, 2021. Paul R. Jones Museum Museum Director Daniel White describes Lucas: “If you know Charlie Lucas, then you know he has no limits with his imagination, and the universe is his studio.” More information here.

Fairhope Museum of History: New Dogwood Trail Court Exhibit
9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Tuesday - Saturday). If you enjoy local history when you travel, you won't want to miss the Fairhope Museum of History. Full of local artifacts and fascinating stories, the newest exhibit is "Dogwoods: More Than External Beauty", located on the second floor of the museum. Learn more about the unique history of the Dogwood Trail Court that has been an Eastern Shore tradition for 61 years. More than just pretty faces! The exhibit will be up for 1 year, ending in March of 2022, and will be replaced with a new one.

April 8, 15, 22, 29, (Thursdays): Fairhope Spring Outdoor Farmers Market
3:00 - 6:00 pm (Thursdays). Hosted by the City of Fairhope and featuring locally grown produce, honey, baked goods, and other edibles plus plants, flowers and more. Fun to visit. You never know what you'll find! Every Thursday beginning in April through July 8.

April 30 and May 1, 2: Arts and Crafts Festival, Downtown Fairhope
10:00 am - 5:00 pm (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Rescheduled this year from its usual weekend in March and also changed to featuring only Alabama artists, this annual event is always a highlight on Fairhope's Spring calendar. This is the 69th year of the festival and one the locals and visitors alike always look forward to. In fact, anytime Fairhope closes the streets for an event, it's sure to be great fun. 10:00 am (Saturdays). Fairhope April Walking Tours will begin at 10am each Saturday in April at the Fairhope Welcome Center. Open to the public and free. Each week is different! This is a great way to enjoy our gorgeous April weather and see the town at the same time. Maybe even make a new friend!

Mondays in April: Live Music at The Book Cellar
5:00 - 7:00 pm (Mondays). Enjoy local music each Monday in a listening room environment at The Book Cellar, a local favorite event hangout attached to the Page and Palette Bookstore. Check the Book Cellar's Facebook page to see who is playing in April and prepare to live like a local. Also some of the best craft beer in town on tap along with a full bar.

7:00 - 9:00 pm (1st and 3rd Mondays). Join the locals in a fun ballroom dance event open to the public. April 30: Live At Five Concert Series- The Royal Horses & Red Clay Strays (Sold Out)
5:00 - 7:30 pm. Hope you got tickets to this outdoor concert on the lawn at Halstead Auditorium with the best in local music. Join Fairhope residents for this highly anticipated event with two of our favorite local bands. BYO snacks and beverages of your choice along with chairs and blankets for lawn seating.
