Jim and I have enjoyed sharing our home with guests from all over the world since we opened in 2018. Because our family-size suites offer that home-way-from-home feeling (only better!) we have hosted lots of families of different sizes, ages and needs while they're on vacation. Some come here for weddings. Some for family reunions, graduations, or birthday parties. Some come for a change of pace, to spread out on our expansive property, to enjoy the Mobile Bay beach, to explore Fairhope, to play golf, or even for interim housing while moving, remodeling, or many other reasons. Whatever brings them to Fairhope, Jim and I have loved meeting all the families who stay here and we invite you to join us soon.
Our seven (7) individually decorated suites offer 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, and full-size fully-equipped kitchens for everything from morning coffee to complete meals. Each suite also comes with luxury linens and other amenities, washer and dryer, a large great room with dining table, and either a porch or patio for outdoor lounging. Because the suites are so large, most families enjoy plenty of room for up to 4 adults and 2 children. We also welcome pets!

"What a terrific place to stay! We wanted a nice place to stay with our cat while visiting family in the area. We got that and much more. The Dogwood Suite was so comfortable and well appointed. The grounds were gorgeous with an unobstructed view of the bay. The welcome gifts were thoughtful. Breakfast was convenient. All questions were answered promptly. We will be back for sure!"

"When we were temporarily displaced from New Orleans by a hurricane, Dana and Jim and their attentive staff took us in (baby and puppy included) and treated us like family. "Our family loved staying at Dana and Jim’s place! It was a perfect space for our family of four right on the Bay and close to town. They have done a fantastic job on the grounds which are immaculate, with lots of beach toys for the kids. We didn’t have an opportunity to use the kayaks but plan to on our next stay. Breakfast was great and our boys enjoyed their cooked to order pancakes and eggs. The unit was tastefully decorated and we really appreciated having a washer/dryer in unit and full kitchen. Can’t wait to return!"

"We were a family group of two adults, a 5-year-old and a 14-year-old plus a puppy dog. We all had a fabulous time at this magical place & we were made to feel so welcome. It was beyond our expectations - the beautiful location with a garden overlooking the bay, the sunsets around the firepit, the delicious breakfasts meeting other guests as well as the gracious owners, the thoughtful extras provided in our apartment decorated with local art, the private beach with beach chairs, kayaks and fishing... We even had in-house facials which we'd highly recommend. The owners offer local advice such as where to find boat trips, where to eat, and visit. Fairhope is within walking distance with lots of interesting shops and cafes. The kids had a great time - Dana was so kind and patient with our daughter. Thank you for a memorable stay. We appreciated everything you did for us. Not always easy with a family and different needs."
